A DVD-based English language-learning product gradually losing its market to the modern platforms and multimedia apps approached Vidyatech, with serious challenges like Piracy control and customer support. The sales and support teams faced dissatisfied customers struggling with hardware compatibility issues. They soon realized that the revamping their marketing strategy wouldn’t work without a technically advanced product, which could meet the learners’ expectations.
As the fast-paced advancements in technology and falling market share were evidently hitting their revenues, the customer needed a tech partner who could offer a technical, superior solution that could be scaled up.
The requirement was for a modern multimedia-based product, and on the operational front, the cost of product distribution, deployment, and maintenance should be kept minimal.Vidyatech designed and developed a cloud-based learning platform for the customer, that included Learning Management System (LMS), Online Testing System, Online Store System and a User License Management System.
The app enabled learners to enrol in three levels and use 90 themes for the role-based learning. They can now use their computers (PCs and Macs), smartphones (Android and iOS), and tablets (Android and iOS) to access the product. The advanced AI features along with HD videos and native language support made English learning a child’s play.This unique model ensured smooth learning from practice to assessment, as it followed proper learning paths with clear learning objectives. Moreover, to overcoming the internet connectivity issues in some areas, the product comes with an offline server that periodically syncs with the cloud-based server.The app is available in Google Play store and Apple App store and can be accessed on popular browsers such as Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera. Vidyatech, as a tech partner, keeps enhancing the product and adds new and advanced features for the sustained growth of the product.
